4/13/07- 2007 ISA Annual Meeting has concluded, check "Pictures" section for images from the meeting.  2008 Annual Meeting will be held on April 4th at Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa.  The 2008 ISA Call for Papers, 2008 ISA Annual Meeting Registration Form, and the 2008 ISA Annual Meeting Poster is also available.

The 2007 ISA Annual Meeting took place at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa on April 13, 2007.  President Torgerson provided a welcome speech, thirteen undergraduate student groups presented their research, and keynote speaker Scott Meyers-Lipton spoke about his book, Social Solutions to Poverty.  A flyer for the Scott Meyers-Lipton lecture is available here.  Results of the paper competitions were Kevin Owens of The University of Iowa winning the Manford Kuhn Award with Honorable Mention for Chris Neubert of Grinnell College.  The schedule of events for the 2007 Annual Meeting is available here. Other announcements are that Stephen Wieting of The University of Iowa was the ISA President for 2006-2007, and Charlotte Kunkel of Luther College the ISA President-Elect for 2006-2007.
